About Run For Palestine Toronto

Run for Palestine is a registered not-for-profit athletic organization founded in 2009 and based in Toronto. It has now successfully expanded to Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg & London, Ontario.

Impact the lives of Palestinians by raising $160,000 for Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza! With your help, Run for Palestine aims to improve maternity health services in Gaza by providing essential equipment like examination beds, blood pressure devices, ECGs, and wheelchairs, supplied by Islamic Relief Canada.

About Athlete’s Diary

Athlete's Diary is an online fitness and nutrition platform, founded by proud Palestinian-Lebanese cofounders. Launched in 2018 in Beirut, Lebanon, our mission is to coach people worldwide virtually to achieve their strength and fitness goals.

Due to Lebanon's unstable political and economic situation, we immigrated to Toronto and opened up our first gym, EMPACT. We remain dedicated to our Arab heritage and steadfast in our support for our country, Palestine.
